Each project is evaluated based on the time and resources required to deliver a successful result. Fee schedules and pricing will vary accordingly. In general, design projects, subject to an hourly fee schedule, are billed at $250 per hour.  Remodeling projects may be billed hourly or at a set percentage of total project cost.
